Refund policy

Refund Policy — All Sales Final

Due to the surprise nature of our mystery boxes, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or issue refunds after an order has been placed.

Please note: Contents and values will vary. While many items may be new, some could be damaged, incomplete, or missing parts. Items are sold for entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee any particular item, condition, brand, quantity beyond the advertised minimum, or resale value.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept the mystery nature of the product and this refund policy.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived. If you receive the wrong order or believe we made a fulfillment error, please contact us promptly.
