These Terms of Service govern your use of the Mystery Mailbox Mania website and your purchase of products from Mystery Mailbox Mania (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

2. Mystery-Box Products

Our boxes may contain sealed packages originating from sources such as undeliverable, refused, returned, or overstock merchandise. Products are randomly selected, and we do not know or guarantee the exact contents of any box.

Contents and values will vary. While many items may be new, some could be used, damaged, incomplete, expired, nonfunctional, or missing parts. Items are sold for entertainment purposes only.

We do not guarantee:

• Any particular product, brand, category, condition, or value
• That an item will be suitable for a specific use
• That the combined retail value will equal or exceed the purchase price
• The authenticity, functionality, compatibility, or resale value of individual items

Product photographs are examples only and do not represent the exact contents a customer will receive.

3. Product Safety

Customers are responsible for inspecting every item before using, consuming, installing, charging, or giving it to another person.

Do not use any item that appears damaged, opened, expired, recalled, unsafe, or improperly labeled. Extra caution should be used with electronics, batteries, cosmetics, food, supplements, medical products, children’s products, and personal-care items.

If an item appears illegal, hazardous, or recalled, discontinue handling or use and contact us.

4. All Sales Are Final

Due to the random and unpredictable nature of mystery boxes, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges or provide refunds based on dissatisfaction with a box’s contents, condition, usefulness, or perceived value.

Orders cannot be canceled after processing begins. Exceptions will be made only when required by law or when we make a verified order-fulfillment error, such as sending the wrong box size.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept our Refund Policy.

5. Orders and Payments

We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, payment problems, or website errors.

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and any additional charges will be shown before checkout. Payment must be successfully processed before an order is shipped or released for pickup.

If we cancel an order after payment, the amount paid for the canceled portion will be refunded.

6. Shipping

Shipping is not included in the product price. All shipping charges are calculated at checkout and paid by the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect address, refused delivery, or returned package are the customer’s responsibility.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable once an order has shipped, except where required by law or when the error was ours. We do not currently ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

Local pickup may be offered on certain orders. Pickup instructions and availability will be provided separately.

7. Personal Information on Packaging

Some original packaging may contain labels or other identifying information. Customers may not misuse, publish, distribute, or attempt to contact anyone using information appearing on packaging. Any such information should be removed, covered, or securely destroyed.

8. No Affiliation

Unless expressly stated, Mystery Mailbox Mania is not sponsored, endorsed by, or affiliated with the United States Postal Service, UPS, FedEx, Amazon, or any retailer, manufacturer, shipping carrier, or brand represented by an item.

All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

9. Website Use

You may not use our website:

• For unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
• To interfere with its operation or security
• To submit false payment or account information
• To copy or commercially exploit our content without permission
• To violate another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, right, or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mystery Mailbox Mania will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the website, a mystery box, or an individual item.

Our total liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability arising from gross negligence or intentional misconduct where applicable.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes become effective when posted unless otherwise stated. The Terms in effect when an order is placed will govern that transaction.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in a court with proper jurisdiction located in Broome County, New York, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

15. Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
