Shipping policy

Shipping is not included in the product price. All shipping charges are calculated at checkout and paid by the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect address, refused delivery, or returned package are the customer’s responsibility.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable once an order has shipped, except where required by law or when the error was ours. We do not currently ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

Local pickup may be offered on certain orders. Pickup instructions and availability will be provided separately.
