Got a few broken items the box was just ok

The only problem I had… was getting the box inside the house…🤩. But.. I don’t mind problems like that since this box was Super Amazing!!! Just ordered a second one…🤫🤗

What an awesome box!!! Filled with many things I didn’t know I wanted or needed.

It was an OK box. It wasn’t great, but it was OK. It had a lot of returns in it and it had a lot of things with broken parts in it, but most of the packages about 2/3 of the packages were untouched, but the ones of the broken parts were not they were touched. They were re-wrapped. I have a bit of a problem with that. You shouldn’t send me a broken part if you know it’s broken. I am not sure I would order another one.

Thank you for giving us a try and for the feedback! We completely understand how disappointing it can be to open a mystery package and find something damaged.
We do sometimes “rescue” packages that arrive to us with a cut or tear by simply taping them closed — we don’t peek inside or inspect the contents, so unfortunately we don’t know if something inside is damaged.
Anything we open on a live or for social media is never counted as one of your mystery packages, though we may occasionally include an opened item as a free extra.
We truly appreciate you sharing your experience and hope you still had some fun with the mystery!
